What are actions?

Each week we automatically find a few actions for you based on your data. They include things like:

• Prompts where competitors rank but you don't
• Content that could be optimized for better citations
• Citation gaps you could fill
• Sentiment improvement ideas

Viewing actions

1. Go to Actions in your dashboard
2. Browse the list of suggested actions
3. Each action includes:
   • A description of the improvement
   • Relevant prompts, citations, or content
   • Priority or impact indication

Acting on actions

• Complete: Mark as done when you've acted on it
• Archive: Shelve it if it isn't relevant right now (you can reopen later)
• Request Execution: Ask the AI assistant to help implement the change
• Open in Agent mode: Discuss the action with the AI for more detail in Agent mode

See the impact

When you mark an action as completed, a small indicator appears in the charts on your overview. You can see exactly when you acted and how your visibility, position, or sentiment changed afterward. The feedback loop is complete: you act, you measure, you see the result.

FAQ

What happens if I don't act on an action?
Nothing happens automatically. If it isn't relevant, you can Archive it. Otherwise it stays open until you mark it as Complete or archive it. There's no forced action.

How are actions generated, can I request more?
Actions are generated automatically each week based on your data. If you need help beyond the weekly batch, ask in Agent mode instead.

Does completing an action guarantee my visibility improves?
No. Completing an action shows you the before and after trend in your charts, so you can see the actual impact. It's a measurement, not a guarantee.
