Overview
Two jobs, one section
Shopping in Ranketta does two things for an e-commerce business:
- Tracks how AI answers shopping questions in your category. Which products and brands does ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot mention when a buyer asks for a recommendation? Who's winning your category right now?
- Helps you fix the catalogue you ship to those AI agents. AI shopping agents only recommend what they can confidently identify, price and route a buyer to. Shopping audits your products, lets AI propose improvements, and publishes an optimized feed back to Google, Amazon, Heureka, Zboží and others.
The first half is measurement. The second half is action. Together they close the loop between "how am I doing in AI search?" and "what do I do about it?".
What's inside
- Overview: at-a-glance share of voice for brands and merchants over time, plus the competitor landscape.
- Top performers: the products AI mentions most in your topics. Yours and your competitors'.
- My Products: your catalogue, ranked by how ready each product is for AI agents.
- Proposals: AI-suggested improvements to your titles, descriptions, categories, GTINs and more. Approve, reject or auto-approve.
- Feed sources: pull products in from XML, CSV or JSON feeds.
- Channels: publish the optimized catalogue to Google Merchant Center, Amazon, Heureka, Zboží and more, either as a feed URL or a direct, always-in-sync connection.
- Settings: control how aggressively AI runs in the background and where the auto-approval line sits.

Start with Google Merchant Center
Most AI shopping assistants, including ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, source their product data from Google Merchant Center feeds, not only from Google Shopping itself. That makes it the highest-leverage channel to connect first: keeping it fully synced improves how your products show up across AI answers generally, not just on Google's own surfaces.
Who it's for
Brands. See exactly how your products perform in AI shopping answers, and why. Find weak SKUs and improve them at the source.
Resellers and marketplaces. Spot which products AI keeps recommending in your category, stock the right ones, and ship the cleanest possible feed to every channel.
FAQ
Do I need to connect a feed source before anything else in Shopping works?
Not entirely. Top performers works purely from tracking AI answers on your topics, so you'll see data there right away. My Products, Proposals and Channels all work with products from your own catalogue, so they need at least one feed source connected first.
Is Shopping a separate product, or part of the same Ranketta account I already use for prompts?
It's a section inside the same Ranketta account and dashboard you already use for tracking prompts, not a separate product or a separate login.
